A Legacy of Towing & Auto Repair for Over 15 Years

At Jim’s Towing & Auto Repair, our story began in 2014 when Brandon, our owner, started learning the ropes of the towing industry by assisting his father and grandfather on service calls. What started as a family tradition has since grown into a thriving business, built on years of hard work, dedication, and a passion for helping others.

Brandon worked his way up through the ranks—first as a driver, then as lead driver, and eventually becoming operations supervisor. By late 2021, Brandon took over the company, carrying forward the same mission that has driven our family business since the beginning: to provide the best possible service to every customer.

Under Brandon's leadership, Jim's Towing has expanded from a small team to 24 skilled professionals. We opened a second location in Lewiston, Idaho, in January 2024, and proudly added an auto repair shop at our Pinehurst location. With each new venture, we continue to focus on providing top-quality towing, roadside assistance, and auto repair services across Shoshone, Kootenai, Nez Perce, Clearwater, and Latah counties.

Brandon’s Bio

For me, the person who has been the greatest inspiration in my journey through business is my grandpa. Growing up, I was always amazed by his work in the towing industry. It wasn't just the technical skill or the hard work that stood out to me, but the passion and dedication he put into helping people when they were in need. As a child, I watched him come to the rescue of drivers stranded on the side of the road, working tirelessly, often in harsh conditions, to ensure their safety and get them back on their way. What really struck me was the genuine care he showed for every person he helped. It wasn’t about just doing a job—it was about making a real difference in someone’s life at a difficult moment. That sense of purpose and commitment stuck with me. My grandpa’s selfless attitude and drive to help others is a lesson I carry with me to this day. Watching him, I knew that I wanted to follow in his footsteps. His example taught me that business isn’t just about making a profit—it’s about having a positive impact on the community and always putting people first. In many ways, his influence is the foundation of my approach to business. I strive to bring the same level of care, integrity, and service to my work, just as he did every day. My grandpa didn't just teach me the ropes of towing—he taught me the heart of what it means to truly serve others.
